Where we ship
We currently ship to Australian addresses only. We cannot deliver to an address outside Australia in this first release.
Rates
Standard shipping is $9.95 AUD. Shipping is free when the merchandise subtotal reaches $120 AUD. These amounts are configurable and the checkout total is the amount that applies.
Production and dispatch
Most items are produced to order. Allow approximately 5–10 business days for production and dispatch, plus carrier transit time. We will email tracking when it is available.
Delays and address problems
Carrier dates are estimates. Contact hello@bimw.com.au promptly if an address is wrong or a parcel appears lost. Add the final carrier names and lost-parcel process before launch.
